Breakfast is served in the dining room which overlooks the rear garden. Guests can enjoy a full traditional Scottish breakfast or make their own choice form a varied menu which even includes Scotland's famous haggis!
Guests find that this room, which is located at the rear of the house, is lovely and quiet. The large en-suite has been the subject of favourable comment by many guests.
The double room is upstairs, to the front of the house, and has an open outlook with views of the Pentland Hills.
The single room, at the rear of the house, is upstairs. Guests occupying this room can enjoy the peace and tranquillity and views overlooking the rear garden.
The beautifully tiled upstairs shower room / toilet is situated between the double and single rooms.
