'Glendevon' is a detached bungalow with attractive gardens, an open outlook and private off-street parking.

There are numerous international restaurants, bars and coffee shops within a few minutes walk.

It is situated on a good bus route with an excellent and frequent service to the city centre (15 minute journey) and is only 3 miles from Edinburgh International Airport. It is also conveniently located for the A720 (City Bypass), the Forth Road Bridge and all major routes leading to the city from the north, south and west.

'Glendevon' is centrally heated throughout and all rooms, which are tastefully furnished, contain a wash hand basin, a colour television, a detailed information folder and a hospitality tray with tea / coffee making facilities and biscuits.

'Glendevon' is a non-smoking establishment.
